Learning objectives: Busy. Tired. Stressed. Does any of these words apply to you? We thought so, that's why we created this Mindful Studying workshop. In this workshop, you will learn how to study in a way that boosts your energy and increases your mental health.
Content: During this workshop we will tackle topics that will enable you to study more consciously and more productive in a healthy way. We will help you get insight in your study behavior and discuss topics like time management and procrastination. What mindfulness is, how practicing mindfulness in your daily life can increase your concentration and focus, and how it can help you to become more relaxed during your study, will also be part of the content of this workshop.
