Timeline for start in Q1
This is a general timeline for starting your BEP in Q1. Please note that the BEP can only be done in one semester (two quartiles)!
Specific dates will be announced via email (introduction meeting) and/or CANVAS 0BEPS0.
Quarter 4 (prior to BEP) | |

| wk 4-5 | Registration in Osiris and indicate preferences (student) |
| wk 5 | Admission check (Center for Student Administration (CSA) IE&IS) |
| wk 6 | Coupling student-project-supervisor; student is informed (Education coordination IE&IS) |
| wk 7-8 | Getting acquainted with supervisor, group and project; settlement of dates and meetings etc (student and supervisor) and submission project outline |
